Pictures on the Farm
Middle Maples Farm organic maple sugar photos from the farm.

December Sunrise
In winter, warm colors can always be had at sunrise. Consequently, it also last the longest this time of year.

January
This tree is tapped and ready for some warmer temperatures in a few weeks.

January Morning
Woods are still being tapped

Summer
This is one of the giant maples that served as our inspiration for the packaging. They are very old and often have hollows that provide excellent shelter for animals.

Early Fall
This is late September. We are at the eve of the sunset of the seasons.

Asters
These bloom in the fall on the edge of the woods.

Gray Treefrog
This cute little frog was sitting on a trail camera.

Snapping Turtle
Found this girl in the sugar woods looking for a place to lay eggs. There is a pond in the middle of the property which helps with wildlife diversity.

Woodcock
This was hiding on the edge of a riparian area adjacent to the maples we tap.

Hericium
This is growing on one an old dead standing maple. This mushroom reappears every year in September
